How do foam happy parties work?We arrive 20-30 minutes before the start time. We set up with a tent and barriers. The party starts with an audio safety announcement and a fun countdown! Clean family-friendly music is played throughout the event. A foam party includes most of the same elements that a regular party would; music, dancing and even games. The only difference is that with a foam party, the dance floor will be covered in fun foam, which as you can imagine, gets people into party mode pretty quickly.

How do you clean up after a Foam Party?Our foam solution is designed to dissipate in the sun but for extra precautions, we spray down the foam before we leave the party. You can run the sprinkler or spray the area with water 2 hours after the party for another extra clean up.

Is the foam safe for kids and pets?Yes! Our Foam Solution is hypo-allergenic, dye-free, biodegradable and safe for kids, pets and the environment. We DO NOT use dish soaps that can dry or irritate skin. We only use professional grade foam solution. Think baby soap.

Do you get wet in the foam?Running through foam may leave you damp and you can easily dry off in the sun. Playing in the foam pile for longer will get you wet. Swimsuits and towels are recommended.

What do you wear for a Foam Party?Lightweight shorts and shirts are advisable. Running through the foam will leave you damp and will dry off in the sun. But swimsuits are suitable for kids and adults who will be in the foam for longer periods. And goggles are best for kids who chooses to play or sit inside the foam pile.

Where should I have my Foam Party?Our Foam cannon alone can fill up an area of up to 30x30 ft. The foam works on grass and pavement free from obstructions and holes. For bigger events like Fairs and Festivals, we can provide a custom package with multiple foam machines for attendees 100 and up. Welcome to Foam Happy! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These policies are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and smooth experience for all participants.

1. Booking & Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due before the start of the event.
Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Cash, and PayPal

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward a future booking if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance for local events. If travel is involved, additional cancellation fees may apply to cover expenses.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.

3. Liability & Safety
Foam Happy provides safe and non-toxic foam, but all participants must follow safety guidelines.
Foam Happy is not liable for any injuries, slips, falls, or property damage that may occur during or as a result of our services.
The client is responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable event area, free of hazards.
Children must be supervised at all times. Foam Happy staff are not responsible for monitoring children’s behavior.
Participants should avoid running or rough play in foam areas to prevent accidents.

4. Venue & Setup Requirements
The client must provide a suitable location with access to both water and power within 75 feet of the setup area.
If any Foam Happy equipment (foam machines, bubble machines, sound systems, etc.) is damaged due to negligence, the client is responsible for repair or replacement costs.
Outdoor events should have a grass or soft surface to reduce slipping risks. If on a hard surface, water shoes are recommended.
5. Weather Policy
Foam Happy services are weather-dependent. High winds, heavy rain, lightning, or extreme weather conditions may impact event safety.
Cancellations due to weather must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
If weather conditions make the event unsafe or unworkable, payment is still due in full for the event.

6. Photography & Media
Foam Happy may take photos and videos during events for marketing purposes.
By booking, you grant permission for these images to be used on our website, social media, and promotional materials.
If you prefer not to have photos taken, please inform us in writing before the event.

7. Miscellaneous
Foam Happy reserves the right to refuse service or stop a foam or bubble event if conditions become unsafe or if attendees engage in inappropriate behavior.
Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of the state of Florida (for Florida Events) and Indiana (for Indiana Events).
